Children love helping children!
Brevard County’s Indian Harbour Montessori School has been raising funds for the Smile Train for the past two years with great success.
The IHM 3rd Annual Walk-A-Mile For A Smile, Walk-a-thon, is coming up Sunday at Wickham Park in Melbourne.

Of course everything depends on the type of business, but here are some basic factors to consider and review when trying to increase production.
Team motivators- Have you stayed in touch with what moves your team? Set any personal goals with them? Creating lights at the end of tunnels can bring fun to the job. Sharing exciting details of the marketing plan and strategy to gain target audiences with all members of the team creates pride and loyalty. Happy employees make companies more productive.

What a day!
If you have never been part of a Stand Down, I would add it to your list of to-do’s in your life. There are Stand Downs all over the United States. You can google Stand Down in your city, county or state to see what you find. You may have to do some searching to find the coordinators in your local area but it will be well worth it. If you are like me, it will become a yearly event for you.
Amazingly appreciative, these veterans stay in your heart. ♥

This Monday will be the third Labor Day since the beginning of the Great Recession. While it’s no surprise that the decline in traditional advertising spend nationwide continues, many new, small businesses with small budgets to suit continue to emerge from the pressures of this slow economy with high hopes of growth and success, and they are making headway.
Though on the surface this would appear to be an anomaly, it’s actually an emerging trend. A trend that’s been questioned, analyzed and debated widely for the past three years or more.
