Children love helping children!

Brevard County’s Indian Harbour Montessori School has been raising funds for the Smile Train for the past two years with great success.

The IHM 3rd Annual Walk-A-Mile For A Smile, Walk-a-thon, is coming up Sunday at Wickham Park in Melbourne.

There’s a great story about how a first grader gathering the mail at her home happened to see a mailer about Smile Train, and was moved to start saving her own money to make the difference in the life of another child.  Soon, those emotions and motivations were

What a day!

If you have never been part of a Stand Down, I would add it to your list of to-do’s in your life. Amazingly appreciative, these veterans stay in your heart. ♥

Their perspective and insight to what matters in life is refreshing. The fellowship far surpasses any ice cream social I’ve been to- and I do love ice cream socials… :)

The type of sincere people who come

Though on the surface this would appear to be an anomaly, it’s actually an emerging trend.  A trend that’s been questioned, analyzed and debated widely for the past three years or more.  One which shows continued signs of growth and success rates in 2010 by businesses great and small, new and established.  A trend that appears to be the answer to the conundrum; How do I grow and survive competitively in

Posing the question that occurs to all who are driven to perform from time to time; Is downtime really downtime?

Due dates and lots of thoughts and content can crowd the need to relax and settle the creative mind.  In respect of this I’ve decided to put up a photo of one of the best and productive ‘downtimes’ I can recall.

Often gathering after work and on weekends to recap the days, plan for the future, and filter through feelings to decide what business we thought was viable and why- my
